These Terms and Conditions of Add Host Services (the "Terms") govern the access and use of the website and services of Soluciones Tecnológicas Modotrex, S.A. de C.V. ("Add Host," "we," or "our") (collectively, the "Site") for all site visitors ("Site Visitors") and individuals or entities that acquire our services. By using the Site or any of Add Host's Services, you as a Site Visitor or Customer agree to these Terms (whether on your own behalf or on behalf of the legal entity you represent).

At Add Host, our mission is to provide you with the best hosting experience, offering various services such as Shared Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Dedicated Hosting (the “Services”). These services can be purchased on our site, and payments for these services can be made in Mexican pesos or U.S. dollars, with payment managed by an authorized payment processor.

1. Updates and Communications

1.1 Modifications to the Terms: We may modify these Terms or any additional Terms and conditions relevant to a particular Add Host Service from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws or with respect to Add Host Services. We will post the revised terms on the Site with a reference and date of "last update." PLEASE REVIEW THE SITE REGULARLY FOR TIMELY NOTICE OF ANY POSSIBLE MODIFICATIONS. IF YOU CONTINUE TO USE ADD HOST SERVICES AFTER THE MODIFICATIONS BECOME EFFECTIVE, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE MODIFIED TERMS. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications to the Terms.

1.2 Electronic Communications: You agree to receive all communications, agreements, and notices we provide in relation to any Add Host Service ("Communications"), including but not limited to communications related to our delivery of Add Host Services and your purchase of Add Host Service subscriptions, through electronic means, including email, text message, in-product notifications, or postings on the Site or through any Add Host Service. You agree that all Communications provided to you electronically satisfy the same legal requirements as if such communications were made in writing or delivered in a particular manner; and you agree to keep your Account contact information updated.

2. Rights of Use and Access

2.1 Eligibility to Use: You represent and warrant that: (a) you are of legal age (18 years or older or that you are of age in your jurisdiction) and are competent or have the necessary authority to accept these Terms; and (b) you (or your Authorized Users, as applicable), when using the Site, are not located or under the control of any person from a country or territory with which Mexico maintains an embargo and are not a prohibited end user. You acknowledge and agree that you are not permitted to use the Site if you cannot confirm that you do not fall into any of the aforementioned situations. If Add Host has previously prohibited you from accessing the Site or using Add Host Services, you are not permitted to access the Site or use Add Host Services. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization or entity, thereby binding them to these Terms (in which case, references to "you" and "your" in these Terms refer to such organization or entity).

3.1 Intellectual Property: The Site contains materials that are the property of Add Host and are protected by copyright laws, international treaties, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws and treaties.

3.1.1 Trademarks: The trademarks, logos, and slogans or commercial notices displayed on the Site (collectively, the "Trademarks") are registered and unregistered trademarks owned by Add Host and others. The Trademarks must not be used in any type of campaign or advertising, nor to indicate Add Host’s sponsorship or affiliation with any product, service, event, or organization without the prior written authorization of Add Host. Add Host acknowledges the trademarks of other organizations for their respective products or services mentioned on the Site. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms or on the Intellectual Property Pages are reserved by Modotrex Technological Solutions, S.A. de C.V.
